Is that even Possible?
Quite recently ( about 1 or 2 days ago) a professor at Kansas State University ate nothing above 1,800 calories with 2/3 of it being junk food. The other 1/3 of it was a vitamin, a few celery stalks a protein shake, and a can of green beans. Now all that seem like it has a lot of calories, but its just a tiny part of his diet. He only ate junk food like chips, donuts, and a BUNCH of Twinkie. You do that for 2 months you lose 27lbs... Interesting eh? He (the professor) says that he would is not "geared" to say if you should try this feat. He says the nutritional value on every packet of food is sometimes a lie. His cholesterol has lowered by 20% and seems that he has become much more healthier. To me this might be another innovative ( not really) way of losing weight. Or you could just eat a lot less....
